i'm not the most excited person when it comes to cooking lunch or dinner, ask the boy and he will say i am only excited about baking. BUT i am super excited about breakfast! someday, i will try my hand at cinnamon rolls, brioche french toast, waffles, crepes, etc.
however, today i finally perfected my scrambled eggs (after several different recipes that resulted in eggs being either too bland or too dry). You might think it's easy, some salt and milk will do but no way...it's timing, how much stirring, butter and heavy cream is the answer to the scrambled eggs riddle. Of cos, timing of when you put in the ingredients play a big part as well. Well, maybe some of you have figured it out but it really did take me quite a while!
accompanied with turkey breast and toast...it's my perfect breakfast!
