Back to yoga

I have been practising yoga almost 2-3 times a week, but I have been doing this at home, with DVDs for about 2 months now. With the boy's health scare, followed by my health issues, looking of a new place and moving to a new place, going for yoga classes religiously kinda fell off my radar for a while. I didn't realise how much I missed it till I booked a class today and couldn't stop grinning till the time came to leave home for class!

I was super excited to practise under my teacher again. And when she whispered "welcome back", I felt the usual sense of peace and comfort under her teachings. And of course, how my inner thighs and upper back feels now is a bigger confirmation that I need to return to yoga classes.
