blueberry day

woke up early on saturday morning to bake blueberry muffins for the boy while he was still asleep (also becos i said i would bake them on friday n yet i went out for coffee instead). and i realised that the muffin cups i bought were smaller than the usual ones i buy. so they are smaller than normal and i think they look like cupcakes instead. i love them...just as good as the bigger ones i made last month. and we both had 3 each for breakfast!

i found the best bubble tea in boston - boston tea stop. it was PERFECT. the pearls were perfect, unlike the rocks i had previously. the best part is, they have all the different flavoured teas, just like back home! everywhere else i've tried either only have the pearls with smoothies or if you order tea, it's milk tea. and if u ask them to not add the milk, they dun understand and they say no.

AND - they are not called pearls here. they are, BOBA. i dunno why in an english speaking country, they choose to call it BOBA instead of pearls, which is a real english word. i had a large blueberry tea with BOBA.....all by myself, no sharing with the boy.
