cookies for the bus ride!

i generally am not fond of baking cookies cos i am more of a cake person. and also i think my cakes are better than cookies. however, since the boy and i have to brave a 4-5 hr bus ride to NYC this thursday morning, i thot the best companion anyone can have for a bus ride would be cookies!

so i made chocolate chunk cookies and the chunk = dark chocolate. yummy! i love dark chocolate and i think the boy likes it too. hmmm...i cant remember.

anyhow, here're my cookies! they're square becos i placed the cookie dough too close to each other so they kinda grew in the oven to each other, hahaha! i need to get another baking sheet!




oh well, it's homemade so i can get away with square cookies. hur hur hur! but they still tasted yummy. very crispy and buttery....and of cos, the dark chocolate....eeeeeemmmmmm. yummy!
