from the method and picture, this probably isn't very similar to the authentic bread n' butter pudding. try it some time in a restaurant or dessert and cafe; you might really like it!
ReplyDeleteof cos it's not the same method as the authentic bread pudding, it's been adapted to be baked as muffins ma...i hear tt the real thing is meant to be kinda soggy. eeeeeeks.
