Baked goods!

So on Tuesday morning, I decided to bake a butter cake, for my butter monster, sis and kevin. Butter cake never fails me...it is always fuss-free and yummy. Always good.

Then on Thursday, my usual baking day, I attempted the apple cake with walnuts and raisin. Love anything and everything with apples in it. I felt like it was kinda like a fruit cake, just less intense. Super yummy! All given away to the boy's agency.

And since the boy was working the entire weekend in the office, I baked on Sunday afternoon...simple cherry jam cookies!
