i never really had a blueberry muffin before. always got distracted by some lusty-looking chocolate dessert somewhere next to the blueberry muffin. there's something abt chocolate desserts, they always seem to be more luring. like the lil sultry one...next to the plain ol' muffin tt pple associate with breakfast...not very enticing. or maybe it's just me.
but i decided to make muffins cos the boy likes them and i wanted him to have them for breakfast or tea-break at work. so broobeli it is!!! also cos when i pinched some of the fresh berries from the supermarket on monday night they were so good....hahahaha!
watch them rise in the oven and to the lovely little things they eventually became!
i loved them better than the banana muffins i made before. these arent as sweet as the banana ones, they were just right. and with the right amt of berries, you can have 2-3 of them without feeling OD on sugar.
the boy and i each had 3 this morning. so from 9 i made last night, we're down to 3 now. :o)
