i love sundays.....BRUNCH!

for about 3 weekends now, we've been having sunday brunches. i love sundays now...cos of those brunches! so this week, i made reservations for sunday brunch (on thursday) at banQ (pronounced as bank). a contemporary french restaurant. nothing very french about the brunch but it was dirt cheap. each set was about 8 bucks! but the place was really good looking....and it had a beautiful bar (which i do not have photos of cos it's funny to not sit by the bar n yet stand there to take a photo of the bar). the boy and i are planning to go back there for drinks. :o)










we then found a couple of unique furniture places around banQ. but we bought nothing....then we walked around town and i bought a pair of running shorts (cos i've been running in pants and it's starting to get warmer now) and a swimming cap - which the boy tried on for me and i am not allowed to upload those photos. THAT IS JUST TOO BAD!

we had ramen for dinner at wagamama. not very japanese ramen-ish but they were nice spicy noodles at least! n we ordered chicken karaage which also didnt taste like it but were just very good tasting bbq chicken. what i did love there was freshly squeezed green apple lime juice with a zest of lime, very yummy! makes me wanna get a juicer now!

oh and here's a photo of our apt's lobby...look like hotel hor. hur hur hur!!!! i was gonna take more photos of the shared areas of the apt but we were running late for dinner so...next time!

and today's a public holiday, it's the 113th boston marathon and it's like world famous. it's a super big thing here so yay, the boy and i have a longer weekend!
