i made pork tenderloin and sauteed apples! the boy says the apples are my lousy excuse for veggies. he didnt like sweet stuff on his dinner plate, oh well. but the pork and apples were yummz!!!!
ok, am not gonna turn this blog into a food blog...
walking on snow is fun! it's slush really, it's like stepping on slurpee! i duno why would anyone play in the snow, it's too cold to even take your hands outta the pockets, much less stuff it into a pile of snow.
i stayed in today to rest...been feeling quite light headed and weak lately, could be due to the cold weather. altho the boy is adamant tt it's my lousy diet tt dun consist of veggies n vitamins. ok, i promised i'm changing my diet. i'm gonna pop vit pills, and i'm gonna eat my greens. oh and drink plain water. :o(
