the first (of many to come) batch of baked goods from my new 3 dollar chocolate baking book!!!
chocolate cream sandwiched between 2 crispy chocolate cookies.
it's very important to use good (meaning branded) chocolate bars when baking any chocolate dessert. tt's what is gonna make the difference. this batch of cookies are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside becos of the cream. and it smells of chocolate and cinnamon. best part is, it's not too sweet since it's chocolate all over cos i used a bittersweet chocolate mousse bar for the cream.
the boy said it's one of my best! *claps claps*
