roll! swiss roll!

after i was done with this bake, the kitchen was in a mess of cos. my hands were floured. it took abt 2.5 hours in total to do this. there was just so much to do, from the sponge cake, to the rolling, to the raspberry jam n mixing it with whip cream to have raspberry whip cream, etc. you get the picture. this thing wasnt easy to bake and it turned out alright....

i was afraid i wouldnt be able to roll it up but i did it and everything looks well and good but somehow i think it's not as good as the other stuff tt i baked. it's not awful tasting la but not amongst the top 5 stuff. oh well....it looks pretty tho!
